The formula is simple yet the secret of RUBIS BLANC lies in a well-kept family tradition.
Founded in 1860, the Rozelieures distillery is one of the very few whiskey distilleries to master the entire production process. Owner-harvesters for 5 generations and distillers for over 150 years, it is in the heart of the small Lorraine village of Rozelieures, at the foot of an ancient volcano, that the Grallet-Dupic family has developed its unique know-how.
Barley is grown by the distiller in a naturally rich soil, few hundred meters from the distillery, for perfect control of the raw material.
Since 2018, the Rozelieures distillery has also had its own malting plant. RUBIS BLANC is finally distilled in small Charentais stills giving it such a unique profile.
