
Rubis Mule
It takes character to respond to the power of ginger! Mixed with notes of orchard fruits, this is a cocktail full of spice, perfect in any season.

In a beautiful long drink glass,
Prefer an ice cream bar, otherwise rinsed ice cubes
Add 4 cl of Rubis Blanc then 12 cl of ginger ale.
Stir with a bar spoon, 3 or 4 rotations to produce a light bond between Rubis Blanc and the ginger ale without breaking the effervescence and allow the first notes to express themselves.
Garnish with a lemon zest to enrich the nose, place it delicately
Serve.
