Prefer an ice bar, if not rinsed ice cubes.
Add 4 cl of Rubis Blanc then 12 cl of tonic.
Stir with a bar spoon, 3 or 4 rotations to produce a light bond between Rubis Blanc and the tonic without breaking the effervescence and allow the first notes to express themselves.
